Mandate of the Laboratory: |
The Agency for Plant and Animal Health Regulation and Control - AGROCALIDAD, a public institution attached to the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, is in charge of the control and regulation for the protection and improvement of animal health, plant health and food safety. |

The Livestock Products Contaminants Laboratory, offers analysis of veterinary drugs residues , to external customers in the agricultural sector of the country and for support internal activities of AGROCALIDAD, including programs for surveillance, prevention and control of food. |
